Certification Seller-Developer Relationship-Land Acquisition Below Appraised Value

For single-family new construction projects where the homebuyer already owns the land on which the property is to be built and will be transferring ownership to the developer OR a relative or friend of the homebuyer is willing to sell the land below appraised value to the developer to facilitate construction of the home, this certification of the developer-seller relationship must be used to document the discounted land sale. The legal description for the property must be attached as Exhibit A to this certification. The completed certification must be provided with project set up.
