KHC Signature Authority Policy

With the next round of funding, Housing Contract Administration will require all organizations receiving program funding to provide their Signatory Authority Policy as part of their technical submission packet. This would be a document from your agency showing who has the legal authority to sign off on official documents. We are sending this notice out in advance so agencies will have time to create this policy if there currently isn’t one in place. Attached is an example of KHC’s policy for reference.
