Continuum of Care Program Compliance Toolkit

The Housing Contract Administration (HCA) staff is pleased to inform our partners the revised Continuum of Care (CoC) Program Compliance toolkits are now available on the HCA Help Desk with no password protection. To access the toolkit, simply go to the HCA Help Desk and click under the CoC program tools and documents. It is the purpose and intent this toolkit be more user-friendly for our partners and less burdensome for HCA staff to manage and keep updated. This publication is subject to change without notice. This toolkit contains resources and forms used to implement the Continuum of Care Program. The Toolkit is not inclusive of all resources needed to successfully administer this project. It is the responsibility of the agency to ensure its Continuum of Care project meets the federal regulations and Kentucky Housing Corporation program requirements.
