Budget Modification Guidelines

The Budget Modification Guidelines document is a tool for Partners to more easily identify eligible modifications within the AHTF, CoC, ESG, HOME, HOPWA and WX programs. Any need for a Budget Modification firsts requires the submission of the Modification Waiver Request found on the HCA Help Desk under Compliance.
