HCA Authorized Signature Form

As Housing Contract Administration (HCA) continues to streamline processes and create uniformity among programs, we ask that partners discard any previously saved versions of the Authorized Signature Form (ASF) and replace it with the HCA Authorized Signature Form, provided on the HCA Help Desk under Program Funding Draw Management.  Providing access to this newer version does not require partners to resubmit for technical submission on any currently active grants.  Only those agencies that have a business need to update their ASF should do so at this time; complete the ASF and return it to [e-mail].
